heritage through food

As many of you know I’m a Polish food blogger living, cooking, eating and loving in Ireland. This section of my blog will be my place to celebrate Polish heritage through food.

I learnt how to cook by watching and helping my beloved grandmother Sophia.

Although now I’m in Ireland I will always be grateful to my Nana for bringing me up to have a great sense of respect for our Polish heritage. We marked and honoured the culture and traditions of Poland and I grew up in a home that was always a place to welcome family and friends.

I hope you’ll join me and try some. Smacznego!
